Kristina M. Olson

Kristina M. Olson is the co-founder and co-CEO of Petite2Queen. She is a business development leader with proven success and established expertise in sales strategies, strategic planning, integrated marketing strategies, and brand communications with global execution across multiple channels. Having held senior executive positions in a number of respected companies, she has developed strong client and network relationships with a hands-on approach to create solutions for short– and long-term strategic opportunities.

Success in the business world has afforded Kristina the ability to share those skills towards her social passions of education, at-risk youth, and homelessness. At Petite2Queen, Kristina is focused on sharing her knowledge and experience to assist women in their personal journey of growth and enlightenment.

Lynn M. Whitbeck

Lynn M. Whitbeck is the co-founder and co-CEO of Petite2Queen. Building on her 30 years of successes and experiences as Vice President of Business Development and COO of direct consumer technology start-ups, Lynn transitioned to executive consulting providing strategic expertise for the development and management of client programs. With this real-world background, Lynn brings a marketing, sales, business development, and operations management cross-sector experience to Petite2Queen.

At Petite2Queen, she is focused on identifying and evaluating opportunities for women at work, helping them define their personal roadmap in the long–, mid–, and short-term. She dedicates herself to delivering tangible and sustainable tools and insights to women, embracing visualization of the big picture, and identifying and implementing the minutiae of detail. Lynn’s goal is to share the lessons learned along her journey and enable positive change for women.

Rachel H. Whitbeck

Rachel H. Whitbeck is the Director of Operations and Communications at Petite2Queen. She earned her master’s degree in Race, Ethnicity, and Conflict in 2016 from Trinity College Dublin, where she focused her research on the crossroads of gender, sexual orientation, and race. Rachel uses her experience in writing and editing books and articles, as well as her skills in research, to create content that appeals to and is reflective of the diverse millennial cohort.
